Six more people died of dengue across the country, while 2,158 patients were admitted to hospitals with the mosquito-borne disease.
The latest data were reported by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) in its daily dengue bulletin issued on Sunday.
Of the newly hospitalised patients, 227 were admitted in Barishal division, 345 in Chattogram, 356 in Dhaka division outside the city corporations, 311 in Dhaka North City Corporation and 197 in Dhaka South City Corporation.
Khulna recorded 329 new hospital admissions, followed by Rajshahi with 176, Mymensingh with 132, Rangpur with 73 and Sylhet with 12.
With the latest fatalities, the dengue death toll in the country has risen to 225 this year, according to the DGHS.
The number of people hospitalised with dengue since the beginning of the year has reached 73,694.
The DGHS bulletin was issued by its Health Emergency Operation Centre and Control Room.
