United Commercial Bank has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Scholastica to offer special educational opportunities for the children of UCB employees.
The partnership aims to make quality education more accessible for staff families, UCB said in a press release on Thursday.
The MoU was signed on Thursday at UCB Head Office by UCB Chief Human Resources Officer Syed Hasnain Mamun and Scholastica Managing Director Madiha Murshed, representing their respective institutions.
Among others present at the ceremony were UCB Additional Managing Director Adnan Masud, Chief Communication Officer Zeeshan Kingshuk Haq, and Scholastica Director of Business Development and Strategic Planning Amer Ahmed, along with other senior officials from both organisations.
Officials from UCB and Scholastica described the collaboration as a timely and meaningful initiative to support education and human capital development. They expressed optimism that the partnership could expand through future joint programmes.
