Banglalink subscribers can now manage everyday mobile services directly through ChatGPT without switching between different apps or websites.
The service, Banglalink GPT, allows customers to check balance and usage, find suitable packs, check roaming status and access other key mobile services through conversation, said a press release on Monday.
Banglalink GPT also recommends packs based on user needs and usage. A customer planning to watch a movie can ask which pack would be suitable, while another can check their current balance, minutes or internet data.
Customers can also check roaming status through the assistant. For services requiring a transaction, customers can complete the process through Banglalink’s payment portal.
Developed by Banglalink Digital, the service is live nationwide for Banglalink subscribers. Users can find Banglalink GPT in ChatGPT’s GPT section and use it by asking questions in everyday language.
Banglalink said the service is part of its broader effort to make everyday services simpler and more accessible through technology.
