Students from the Department of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) at Southeast University secured championship titles in two competition segments at the Techathon Nationals & Rover Summit 2026, organised by the IUT Robotics Society.

Team 2R.JS won the Hackathon Segment. The team comprised Ferdous Hasan Rahid , Rukaiya Sultana, Jihadul Islam, and Sanzida Islam, reads a press release.

In the Poster Presentation Segment, Team The Outliers also claimed the championship title. The team included Abdullah Rahman , Sanzida Islam, and Rukaiya Sultana.

Competing against participants from universities across Bangladesh, the Southeast University teams demonstrated technical expertise, innovative thinking, research capability, and effective teamwork to secure the top positions in their respective categories.
