Rahimafrooz has launched a full hybrid solar IPS designed to reduce household electricity costs and improve energy efficiency, the company said in a press release.
The product was unveiled at a launch event held recently at Le Méridien Dhaka. The programme was attended by Rahimafrooz Group Managing Director Niaz Rahim, Group Business CEO Munawar Misbah Moin, Chief Operating Officer Mokhlesur Rahman, Head of Sales, Marketing and Service at Rahimafrooz Distribution Ltd Nawaz Abdur Rahim, and dealers from across the country.
According to the press release, the full hybrid solar IPS can reduce daytime electricity bills by up to 100%, depending on the installed solar panel capacity.
The company said the system can operate with or without lead-acid or lithium-ion batteries and is capable of supplying excess electricity generated from solar panels to other household appliances, helping consumers maximise electricity savings.
Rahimafrooz said the launch forms part of its efforts to expand energy-efficient solutions for households by combining solar power with smart power backup technology.
