Prime Bank PLC has signed an agreement with DHS Autos Ltd to provide exclusive service offers to its Priority Banking customers, strengthening the value-added benefits available under the bank’s premium banking segment.
The agreement signing ceremony was held recently at Prime Bank’s Corporate Office in Dhaka. Under the partnership, Priority Banking customers of Prime Bank PLC will receive exclusive service offers from DHS Autos Ltd.
Prime Bank said in a press release that the partnership reflects the shared commitment of both organisations to delivering enhanced customer value through exclusive privileges and superior service offerings.
The agreement was signed by Joarder Tanvir Faisal, Head of Consumer Assets & Card at Prime Bank PLC, and Shihab Ahmed, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of DHS Autos Ltd.
Takiyan Chowdhury, Executive Vice President, Secured Consumer Financing & Embedded Payments at Prime Bank PLC; Mukhlesur Rahman, Head of Finance & Accounts at DHS Autos Ltd; Alfat Hossain Khan, Head of Sales at DHS Autos Ltd; and other senior officials from both organisations were present at the ceremony.
The partnership aims to enhance customer experience by offering additional benefits and services to Prime Bank’s Priority Banking customers.
