The Premier Bank PLC celebrated its 26th anniversary on Sunday at its head office in Banani, Dhaka, marking more than two decades of service under the theme “Banking for Greater Good”.
The anniversary event was inaugurated by Premier Bank Chairman Arifur Rahman. Board members present included Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman Md Forkan Hossain, Executive Committee Chairman Syed Faridul Islam, Risk Management Committee Chairman Md Sazzad Hossain, Independent Director
Professor Sheikh Morshed Jahan, and Premier Bank Securities Limited Chairman M Nurul Alam.
Managing Director and CEO Mohammad Abu Jafar, Deputy Managing Director (DMD) Sayed Abul Hashem, DMD and Chief Credit Officer Mohammad Al-Amin, and DMD and Head of Retail Banking Division SM Wali Ul Morshed represented the management committee.
The event reflected the bank’s vision for a new era of transformation and growth under its leadership, driven by integrity, innovation, and customer focus.
