Southeast Bank PLC has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Nodi Bangla Construction Ltd to provide concessional home loan facilities and other special benefits to customers of the real estate company, according to a press release.
The agreement was signed at a ceremony where Md Sekander-E-Azam, Deputy Managing Director of Southeast Bank PLC, and Monjur Elahi, Chairman of Nodi Bangla Construction Ltd and Member of Parliament from Narsingdi-3, signed the document on behalf of their respective organisations.
Abidur Rahman Chowdhury, Managing Director (Current Charge) of Southeast Bank PLC; Md Mahbub Alam, Additional Managing Director & CRO; Md Abdul Kader, Vice President of the Retail Banking Division; and other officials from both organisations attended the ceremony.
Under the agreement, customers of Nodi Bangla Construction Ltd will receive SEBPLC Home Loan facilities at concessional and competitive interest rates along with other special benefits, the bank said in the press release.
