According to an advisory, individuals may contact designated agencies in case of emergencies, security concerns, extortion, suspicious activities, travel-related difficulties, or any law and order situation related to Eid travel and cattle trading.
The Bangladesh Police Headquarters Control Room can be reached at 01320001300 and 01320001299.
The Highway Police Headquarters has been assigned the number 01320182598, while the Railway Police Headquarters can be contacted at 01320177598.
For naval-related policing support, the Naval Police Headquarters has provided 01320169598.
The Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) can be reached at 01777720029, and the National Emergency Service remains available at 999.
The Police Headquarters also urged public to immediately contact the nearest law enforcement agency or dial 999 in case of emergencies, suspicious movements, fraud, extortion, or any untoward incidents during the Eid celebrations.
