Police have arrested a man identified as “Picchi Rakib” in connection with multiple criminal activities, including an armed attack at the National Institute of Traumatology and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation (NITOR), commonly known as Pangu Hospital, and violent incidents in Agargaon.
Law enforcement officials said Rakib is accused of involvement in a series of armed assaults and acts of vandalism.
