Tourism players from over 20 countries will converge in Dhaka from 29 to 31 October for Bangladesh Travel & Tourism Fair (BTTF) 2026, bringing airlines, hotels, tour operators and tourism boards together at one of the country’s largest travel industry marketplaces.
The Tour Operators Association of Bangladesh (TOAB), organiser of the three-day event, announced the programme at a press conference in Dhaka on Monday.
The fair will be held at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Center (BCFCC), with organisers expecting more than 220 exhibitors, over 250 qualified buyers, more than 2,500 trade visitors and over 60,000 public visitors.
More than 200 booths and stalls will be set up across four themed exhibition halls, with over 200 airlines, hotels and tour operators expected to participate.
US-Bangla Airlines is the title sponsor.
TOAB President Mohammed Hanif presided over the press conference at Crowne Plaza Dhaka Airport.
Participants from Nepal, India, Singapore, Maldives and the Philippines have confirmed their participation, while tourism stakeholders from Turkiye, the UAE, China, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Thailand, Brunei, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Azerbaijan are also expected to join.
The broad international participation will give Bangladeshi travel businesses an opportunity to connect with overseas buyers and operators, promote destinations and explore new commercial partnerships.
BTTF, now in its 14th edition, has grown into one of South Asia’s leading tourism marketplaces, connecting buyers and sellers across the regional and international travel industry.
The fair is supported by the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism, Ministry of Cultural Affairs, National Skills Development Authority, Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation, Bangladesh Tourism Board, Bangladesh Tourist Police and the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
Crowne Plaza Dhaka Airport is the Platinum Hospitality Partner, OPAS Communications Ltd is the PR Partner, M360ICT is the Technology Partner, and Convoy Service is the Transport Partner.
