Nitai Roy Chowdhury, newly appointed Cultural Affairs Minister, vows to restore the nation’s destroyed systems.
Addressing the media and officials, Nitai Roy said, “The fascist government has destroyed all systems, and it is our challenge to restore them.”
The remarks came as he outlined his commitment to reviving and strengthening the cultural and administrative frameworks of the country.
Veteran politician and lawyer Nitai Roy Chowdhury assumed office as the Minister of Cultural Affairs on his first working day on Wednesday, following the formation of the new government after the 13th National Election.
He also represents Magura-2 constituency as a member of parliament.
Meanwhile, offices at the Secretariat were prepared for each newly appointed minister and state minister. Officials and staff were on hand to receive and assist the ministers as they took charge of their respective portfolios.
