The holy Shab-e-Meraj is set to be observed On Friday night across Bangladesh with profound religious devotion and solemnity.
This significant event, which occurs annually on the 26th night of the Arabic month of Rajab, marks the miraculous celestial journey of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) to meet the Almighty Allah.
According to Islamic tradition, the Prophet (PBUH) embarked on this special journey traveling on the “Buraq” to the heavens.
During this divine meeting, he received specific instructions regarding the details of prayers to be brought back to the faithful.
In observance of this blessed night, Muslim devotees will engage in special prayers at mosques and within their homes.
