National Citizen Party (NCP) Chief Coordinator Nasiruddin Patwary has transferred his voter registration area from Uttara area of Dhaka North City Corporation to Dhaka-8 constituency under Dhaka South City Corporation.
The NCP media cell has confirmed the matter.
Previously, he was registered as a voter in Uttara area. Following recent approval from the Election Commission, his voter area was officially transferred to Dhaka-8 constituency.
Patwary had submitted an application using the Election Commission’s prescribed Form-13 to change his voter area.
The commission approved the request after verifying the application and examining the necessary documents.
