Linde Bangladesh’s earnings declined 9.3 per cent year on year in 2025.
Its earnings per share (EPS) fell to Tk22.60 for the year ended 31 December 2025, down from Tk24.92 in 2024, the multinational company said in a disclosure.
The company said the fall in EPS was mainly due to a higher base in the previous year, driven by gains from the divestment of Linde India Pvt Ltd and foreign exchange gains.
The company recommended a 100 per cent final cash dividend or Tk10 per share for 2025.
Net asset value (NAV) per share also declined to Tk210.31 from Tk229.34, while net operating cash flow per share remained largely unchanged at Tk24.16 compared with Tk24.20 a year earlier.
It said the decline in NAV per share was largely due to higher dividend payouts, partly offset by profit earned during the year.
The company will hold its annual general meeting on 10 June through a virtual platform.
