Kareena Kapoor Khan and Mira Kapoor have teamed up for an episode of ‘What Women Want’, creating an unexpected celebrity crossover that has caught fans’ attention online.
Kareena shared a picture from the shoot, welcoming Mira to the upcoming sixth season of her chat show and describing her as “warm and lovely”. Mira also posted pictures from the sets, thanking Kareena for having her on the programme.
The episode’s premiere date has not yet been announced.
The collaboration has drawn interest partly because Mira is married to Shahid Kapoor, who previously dated Kareena. The former couple later worked together in ‘Jab We Met’.
Kareena married Saif Ali Khan in 2012 and they have two sons, Taimur and Jeh. Shahid married Mira in 2015, and they have two children, Misha and Zain.
Fans reacted enthusiastically online, with many describing the pairing as an unexpected crossover.
