Hasnat Abdullah, MP for Cumilla-4 and chief organiser of the southern region of NCP, has said that repeated attacks, intimidation and repression will not silence NCP Chief Coordinator Nasiruddin Patwary.

Hasnat made the remarks in a Facebook post after Patwary was reportedly attacked at Lalon Akhra in Kushtia. He said Patwary had once again been targeted in Kushtia, making it the fifth such incident since the BNP government came to power.

“No one has ever succeeded in silencing Patwary through such attacks, nor will anyone be able to do so in the future, Insha’Allah,” Hasnat said.
