Pakistan fast bowler Hasan Ali was stretchered away after a scary head injury on the opening day of the second Test against Bangladesh in Sylhet.
The incident took place in the eighth over when Hasan Ali dived to his right for a return catch off Tanzid Hasan Tamim. He failed to hold on and landed awkwardly, hitting the right side of his head on the ground.
There was immediate concern around the field as Hasan looked dizzy after the blow. Pakistan players and medical staff quickly rushed to him as he received treatment on the ground.
After several tense moments, Hasan was stretchered away for further medical attention. Salman Agha then completed the over while Pakistan waited for news on their fast bowler.
The relief came soon after.
Hasan returned to the field at the start of the 16th over, showing signs of recovery after the worrying incident. He later resumed bowling in the 19th over, completing a brave return after being stretchered away earlier in the session.
