Thailand-based GENESENN Group and Bangladesh’s Rejuva Wellness have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a strategic partnership aimed at advancing wellness, preventive healthcare, and longevity-focused services in Bangladesh.
According to the press release, the agreement was signed at The Consul Club in Bangkok’s Sukhumvit area, bringing together senior representatives of both organisations to explore emerging opportunities in preventive health, healthy ageing, and longevity, as well as broader healthcare collaboration between Bangladesh and Thailand.
Under the agreement, Rejuva Wellness will act as an affiliate partner of GENESENN Group in Bangladesh. In this role, the organisation will focus on increasing public and professional awareness of modern wellness and longevity concepts while facilitating knowledge exchange and collaboration between the two healthcare markets.
The MOU serves as an initial framework for cooperation, with both sides expected to explore further joint initiatives as the partnership progresses.

GENESENN Group was represented at the signing by Chief Executive Officer Ms. Siriya, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Ohm, Director Mr. Mickey, and Director of International Relations Dr. A. K. M. Shahriar. Rejuva Wellness was represented by Chairman Dr. Burhanuddin Ahmed Sadeeq and Founder Dr. Tauhidur Rahman.
During the meeting, attendees discussed how global healthcare is increasingly moving beyond conventional disease treatment towards a proactive model incorporating prevention, personalised health management, healthy ageing, wellness, and long-term quality of life.
The discussions centered on the growth potential of Bangladesh’s wellness and longevity sector, as well as how Thailand’s established experience and capabilities in advanced healthcare services could support the development of this emerging segment.

The strategic partnership is expected to facilitate professional and institutional knowledge exchange, promote public awareness of preventive and longevity-focused healthcare, and explore opportunities for introducing internationally informed wellness concepts and services to the Bangladeshi market.
Representatives noted that the collaboration reflects a broader opportunity to strengthen bilateral healthcare ties between Bangladesh and Thailand, particularly as regional demand grows for preventive and personalised care.
Furthermore, both organisations highlighted the necessity of ensuring that future initiatives are developed with a strong emphasis on clinical quality, patient safety, professional standards, and evidence-informed healthcare practices.
Representatives expressed optimism that the partnership will contribute significantly to building Bangladesh’s emerging wellness ecosystem while creating a sustainable platform for long-term cooperation, innovation, and knowledge sharing between healthcare stakeholders in both countries.
