The Education and Admission Fair, Spring 2026 began on Monday at Uttara University’s permanent campus, offering prospective students a comprehensive look into the institution’s academic opportunities, facilities and campus culture.

The 15-day fair, inaugurated at 11:00 am by Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Eaysmin Ara Lekha, will run until 15 December, providing visitors extended time to explore programmes and services.

Held at the university’s Multipurpose Hall, the fair features 26 stalls, including 14 departmental booths alongside administrative and service-oriented stalls. Prospective students can gather information on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, research opportunities, academic resources, extracurricular activities, and student life at the university.

In her inaugural remarks, the vice-chancellor said the fair embodies the university’s long-standing tradition of guiding future students through exploration and informed decision-making.

She encouraged visitors to engage deeply with the university environment, noting:

“This is how we empower potential students to choose their future paths, by exploring, asking questions and discovering real answers… I warmly welcome you all to this year’s Education and Admission Fair.”

The opening session saw participation from deans, department heads, directors, faculty members and students, creating an energetic and welcoming start to the event. University officials noted that the fair aims to strengthen communication between prospective students and the institution while highlighting Uttara University’s academic strengths and vibrant campus atmosphere.
