Dr. Khalidur Rahman Zihad, MBBS, a dedicated medical professional, who has been selected for the prestigious MS in Colorectal Surgery under Bangladesh Medical University (BMU), Dhaka.

He is the second son of Md Khalilur Rahman and Shirin Akter, hailing from Adarsha Sadar upazila in Cumilla.
His journey in the medical field began with the completion of his MBBS, and he subsequently joined the Bangladesh Civil Service (Health) as a part of 39th BCS.
He served in Kurmitola General Hospital for two years during Covid-19 pandemic at the very beginning of his job career.
Currently, Dr. Zihad serves as an Assistant Civil Surgeon at the Shaharasti Upazila Complex in Chandpur, where he has been contributing significantly to the healthcare system in his capacity.
His responsibilities at this position include overseeing medical administration, providing direct patient care, and managing healthcare delivery at the upazila level.
He has been selected for the MS in Colorectal Surgery programme under Bangladesh Medical University (BMU) of Dhaka.
