The ACC said an investigative team was formed to verify Saiful Alam’s submitted asset declaration.

During the inquiry, it emerged that Saiful Alam and his family attempted to transfer, move, or hide funds from the bank account.

Additionally, the ACC reported that Lubna Afroza and her daughters tried to withdraw money intended for land plots, with registration yet to be completed, to conceal assets.

The commission stressed that unless immediate action was taken, recovering the assets after transfer could be difficult.

The court order aims to secure the bank funds and immovable property until the investigation concludes.
