The 78th Board Meeting of Community Bank Bangladesh PLC was held at Police Headquarters on 27 June 2026, where directors reviewed investment proposals and key policy matters of the bank, the institution said in a press release.
The meeting, chaired by Md Ali Hossain Fakir, Inspector General of Police and Chairman of Community Bank Bangladesh PLC, brought together senior police officials, independent directors and bank executives to discuss operational and governance issues affecting the lender.
The board took decisions on investment proposals and various agenda items related to policy matters during the session.
