Standard Islami Bank PLC held its 433rd board meeting on 23 September 2026 at the bank’s boardroom at its head office in Dhaka.
The meeting was chaired by Ferozur Rahman, Chairman of the bank, while Vice Chairman Gulzar Ahmed and Directors Ashok Kumar Saha, S A MD Hossain, Mohammed Abdul Aziz, Al-haj Mohammed Shamsul Alam, Md Zahedul Hoque, Ferdous Ali Khan, A K M Abdul Alim, Ashit Kumar Saha and Jhahedul Alam attended the meeting.
Independent Director Golam Hafiz Ahmed was also present at the meeting. Md Sharafat Ullah Khan, observer of Standard Islami Bank PLC and Director (PSD) of Bangladesh Bank, attended the meeting.
Managing Director Riad Mahmud Chowdhury, Additional Managing Director Md Siddiqur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director Md Jabedul Alam, Company Secretary Md Mizanur Rahman, FCS, and Chief Financial Officer Mohammad Salah Uddin, FCS, were also present.
