DBH Finance PLC held its 10th meeting of the Shari’ah Supervisory Committee at its head office in Gulshan, Dhaka, on 28 June 2025, to review Shari’ah governance and Islamic financing activities, the company said in a press release.
The meeting was chaired by Dr Muhammad Saifullah, Chairman of the DBH Shari’ah Supervisory Committee, and attended by Md Fariduddin Ahmed, Md Abdul Awwal Sarker, Nasimul Baten, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, along with senior officials of DBH Finance PLC.
The committee discussed Shari’ah compliance matters and the company’s ongoing Islamic financing operations during the session.
