Chief Adviser Muhammad Yunus observed the overall voting situation across the country from the temporary monitoring room set up at state guesthouse Jamuna.
Earlier, he had observed the voting scenario across the country from the control room located at Police Headquarters. During this time, Home Affairs Adviser Md. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury and Inspector General of Police (IGP) Baharul Alam were present.
In the morning,. the chief adviser visited the Badda High School centre in the capital and the SOS Hermann Gmeiner College polling centre in Mirpur to observe the overall election situation after casting his own vote at the Gulshan Model School and College polling centre this morning.
During this time, he spoke with voters and officials engaged in election duties.
