BNP has called an urgent meeting of its standing committee, scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. The meeting follows the passing of the party Chairperson, Khaleda Zia.
Shayrul Kabir Khan, a member of BNP’s media cell, confirmed that the meeting will be held at the party chief’s political office in Dhaka’s Gulshan.
