Small-screen actor Ziaul Faruq Apurba has shared the first pictures of his daughter, Anaya, on social media. The actor posted several images on Instagram, including one in which he is seen cradling his daughter, and another featuring Apurba with his wife Shamma Dewan alongside their daughter.
In the caption, Apurba wrote: “This year our Valentine is our little princess Anaya. Pray for her.” The post quickly gained attention, receiving over 15,000 reactions and more than 150 comments within eight hours. More fans flooded the comments with warm messages.
Apurba and Shamma Dewan, a US expatriate, married in September 2021. Their daughter Anaya was born in the US on December 12 last year.
Anaya is Apurba’s second child. He has a son, Ayash, from his previous marriage to Aditi Bose Sarkar, whom he had married in December 2011; the couple separated in 2020. Prior to that, Apurba was briefly married to actress Sadia Jahan Prova.
