In a significant step toward advancing sustainable and eco-friendly transportation in Bangladesh, Akij Motors officially unveiled three innovative products at its grand product launch event -“Pothik” electric auto-rickshaw, “Titan” electric motorcycle and the eco-friendly Akij Lithium Battery.

The newly introduced “Pothik” electric auto-rickshaw is a government-approved urban mobility solution, licensed under Dhaka North and South City Corporations. It has been technically tested and certified by Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
Manufactured locally by Akij Motors, the vehicle has already demonstrated its reliability and operational effectiveness.
