Ahead of Eid-ul-Fitr, South Korea-based airline Air Premia has launched a “Free Ticket” campaign for selected Bangladeshi students and passengers travelling to Korea, the United States, and Japan. The initiative is being run in Bangladesh through KB Aviation, the local partner managing ticketing and passenger services.
Six winners will be selected in March under the campaign. The categories include one EPS worker in Korea, three students travelling to Korea, the US, and Japan, one passenger travelling to Korea on a new family visa, and one Korean permanent resident holding an F-5 visa.
Passengers must purchase Air Premia tickets through KB Aviation’s designated channels between January and March to be eligible. A lottery in March will determine the winners, and ticket amounts will be refunded within 30 working days through the same channel.
KB Aviation Chairman Borhan Uddin said the campaign is intended to enhance the festive spirit of Eid. “We are introducing this initiative for Bangladeshi students and migrants to make the celebrations more special,” he said.
Air Premia provides fast and seamless connectivity via Korea’s Incheon Airport. From Incheon, passengers can travel to major destinations including Narita in Japan, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Washington, DC.
The airline operates the Dhaka–Incheon–Dhaka route with the shortest flight time. Travel from Dhaka to Incheon takes five hours, while the return takes around six hours. Flights to the United States take approximately 18 hours.
KB Aviation Managing Director Abu Bakar Siddique Rana described the Dhaka–Incheon route as a fast and cost-effective option for Bangladeshi travellers heading to Korea, Japan, and the US.
US visa holders can stay in Korea for up to three days without a visa during transit, providing added convenience. From Korea, Air Premia operates at least six daily flights to Japan and the United States, ensuring efficient international connections.
All flights are operated with Dreamliner aircraft. The wide-body planes on the Incheon–Dhaka route feature 344 seats, including 309 economy class and 35 premium class seats.
