Investors will have broader access to two open-end mutual funds managed by Sandhani Asset Management Limited after the company has recently signed a Selling Agent Agreement with AAA Finance & Investment Ltd.
Under the agreement, AAA Finance & Investment Ltd will act as a selling agent for the Sandhani AML SLIC Fixed Income Fund and the Sandhani AML SLFL Shariah Fund, expanding the funds’ distribution network and investor outreach, said a press release on Tuesday.
Sandhani AML SLIC Fixed Income Fund provides investors with access to a professionally managed portfolio primarily focused on fixed-income securities. Sandhani AML SLFL Shariah Fund offers a Shariah-compliant investment avenue managed in accordance with applicable Shariah principles and regulatory requirements.
The signing ceremony was attended by senior representatives of the participating organisations. Representing Sandhani Asset Management Limited were Sandhani AML Managing Director and CEO Mir Ariful Islam, ACS, and Sandhani AML Senior Assistant Vice President Hossain M Fozle Elahi. Sandhani Life Finance Limited Managing Director and CEO Muhammad Nazrul Islam, FCMA, ACMA (UK), CGMA, attended representing the sponsor of Sandhani AML SLFL Shariah Fund.
