Polar Ice Cream has introduced Pista Glaze, a one-litre premium tub combining pistachio-flavoured ice cream with roasted pistachio pieces and chocolate chips, expanding its portfolio with another pistachio-based product.
The company formally unveiled the product at a launch event attended by senior management and key stakeholders, Polar said in a press release. The new flavour is designed to combine creamy, nutty and chocolate notes in each scoop.
“With Pista Glaze, we wanted to bring together the richness of pistachio with roasted pistachio pieces to create a distinctive and indulgent experience,” said Shah Masud Imam, chief operating officer of Polar Ice Cream.
“Our aim is to bring more enjoyment and happiness to our consumers’ everyday lives,” he said.
The launch was attended by senior management and departmental heads of Pandughar Group and Dhaka Ice Cream Industries Limited.
They included Md Abdullah Al Mamun, head of marketing; Rashed Sarwar, head of sales and distribution; Sajuti Saleque Setu, head of brand development; Kazi Saiful Islam, head of HR and IT; Mohammad Mainul Islam, general manager for factory project; Syed Imtiaz Hossain, head of supply chain; Mohammad Iftekhar Ahsan, head of plant operation; Md Alamgir Hossain Khan, head of finance; and Nizamul Islam, head of internal audit.
Polar said Pista Glaze was intended to offer consumers a richer pistachio experience by combining the creamy base with roasted pistachio pieces in every scoop.
