7 officials join Supreme Court secretariat

The Supreme Court Secretariat has appointed seven new officials, including a new senior secretary.

The Ministry of Law issued separate notifications on Monday confirming the appointments.

District and Sessions Judge Sheikh Ashfaqur Rahman has been appointed as the new Senior Secretary of the Supreme Court Secretariat.

Ruhul Amin, also a District and Sessions Judge, has been appointed Additional Secretary, while BM Tarikul Kabir has been promoted to Joint Secretary.

Two officials, who are appointed as deputy secretaries, are Md Hafizul Islam, former chief judicial magistrate of Panchagarh, and Subrata Ghosh Shuvo, joint district and sessions judge.

The ministry has also appointed Mohsina Hossain Tushi and Sadia Afrin as senior assistant secretaries.
The notifications were signed by AFM Golzar Rahman, deputy secretary of the Ministry of Law.
