Bangladeshi actress Tanzika Amin has spoken about her past marriage and separation, reflecting on a difficult phase in her personal life while continuing to remain active on screen.
The actress, who gained notable attention for her role as Mitu in the web series ‘Mohanagar 2’, directed by Ashfaque Nipun, said she is currently in a stable and positive phase both professionally and personally.
Tanzika married architect Enamul Karim Nirjhor in 2011, but the relationship ended after around two years. Reflecting on the separation, she said it was a case of two good individuals not being compatible, adding that both have moved on and are living their own lives.
After remaining single for a long period following the divorce, she later remarried on December 6, 2024 in a family-arranged ceremony. She has described her current married life as peaceful and fulfilling.
On the professional front, Tanzika continues to stay busy with television projects. She is currently shooting for the Eid-ul-Azha drama ‘Obujh Chokh’, directed by Sagar Jahan.
Additionally, Tanzika is also set to appear as a host on a cooking show airing on Maasranga Television.
