It’s an honor to be your friend, and the relationship between China and the USA is going to be better than ever before.” Trump said at the meeting in the Great Hall of the People, adding that the two nations were going to “have a fantastic future together, ” reports AFP.
The US president also said he had brought the “best [business leaders] in the world” with him on the trip. “Only the top people here today to pay respects to you,” he added, reports BBC.
Trump further said some people had described the gathering as “the biggest summit ever” and noted that he looked forward to the meeting.
