Standard Islami Bank PLC, a Shariah-based financial institution, recently held an Executive Development Program titled ‘Leadership Style & Management Principles of Best Organizations’. The event, which took place at the bank’s Learning Centre, saw the participation of senior executives, division heads, and selected branch managers.
Md Siddiqur Rahman, the acting managing director of Standard Islami Bank, served as the keynote speaker and conducted the programme. The primary objective of the initiative was to enhance leadership capabilities and foster a culture of excellence within the organisation.
The program focused on improving the managerial skills of executives through in-depth discussions on leadership styles, management strategies, and the importance of employee qualities. Participants also explored the effective strategies employed by top global organisations to achieve long-term success.
