Pubali Bank Securities Limited held its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 8 April, at 11am. The meeting took place both in-person at the Bank’s Head Office boardroom and via a virtual platform. The AGM was chaired by Md Abdur Razzak Mondal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pubali Bank Securities Limited.
Members of the board present at the meeting included Habibur Rahman, Azizur Rahman, M Kabiruzzaman Yaqub FCMA (UK), CGMA, Mustafa Ahmed, Ayesha Farha Chowdhury, Runa Fowzia Hafiz, Asif A Choudhury, Ahmed Salah Sater, Nadir Ahmed, Mohammad Naushad Ali Chowdhury, Mohammad Ali, Mohammad Anisuzzaman, shareholder of Pubali Bank Securities Limited and DMD of Pubali Bank PLC, and Mohammad Liton Miah FCA, General Manager and CFO of Pubali Bank.
Also attending the meeting were the Managing Director & CEO of Pubali Bank Securities Limited Mohammed Ahsan Ullah, General Manager Md Shah Alam, and Company Secretary Ganapati Kumar Biswas FCS.
