Pubali Bank PLC has opened its 285th sub-branch at Uttara Sector 12 in Dhaka, expanding its banking network to provide customers with faster, more convenient and technology-driven financial services.
The sub-branch was inaugurated by Pubali Bank Managing Director Mohammad Ali, who said the expansion was aimed at bringing modern banking facilities closer to customers, the bank said in a press release.
Speaking at the inauguration, Ali said customers in Uttara would now have easier access to banking services through the new outlet.
He said the bank would continue expanding secure, technology-driven and customer-friendly services, building on the trust and confidence of its customers.
Ali described Pubali Bank as an important partner in Bangladesh’s economic development and the growth of trade and commerce, beyond its role as a financial institution.
He reaffirmed the bank’s commitment to supporting customers through deposit mobilisation, investment, remittance services and modern banking solutions.
Pubali Bank General Manager and Dhaka North Regional Manager AKM Abdur Raqib attended the programme as special guest.
The ceremony was chaired by Sonargaon Janpath Branch Manager and Deputy General Manager Md Hafizur Rahman Sardar.
Dhanmondi Branch Manager and Deputy General Manager Niger Sultana, Assistant General Manager and Head of Public Relations Mohammad Mizanur Rahman and Uttara Sector 12 Welfare Society President Sharif Santu also attended.
Local businesspeople, invited guests and senior bank officials were present at the event.
