Forty district and sessions judges have been promoted to the position of senior district and sessions judge, the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs announced on Wednesday.
According to the official notification, the 40 judges of the judicial service have been granted the senior-level pay scale upon completing five years of service since their initial appointment as district and sessions judges.
