Standard Bank Securities Limited held the 53rd meeting of its board of directors on 27 July at the boardroom of Standard Islami Bank PLC’s head office in Dhaka.
Chairman Ferozur Rahman presided over the meeting, which was attended by board members Ashok Kumar Saha, Tazmeem Mostafa Chowdhury, Md Shahedul Alam, Tanveer Mostafa Chowdhury, Farzana Sultana, Mohammed Lafizul Hoque and Riad Mahmud Chowdhury, the company said in a press release.
Independent Director Golam Hafiz Ahmed also attended the meeting.
Md Siddiqur Rahman, Additional Managing Director of Standard Islami Bank PLC; Md Mizanur Rahman FCS, Company Secretary of the bank; and Mohammad Monirul Islam, Acting Chief Executive Officer of Standard Bank Securities Limited, were also present.
