Several political parties and organizations have scheduled multiple programmes in the capital on Saturday.
Key events for the day are as follows –
BNP Chairperson Tarique Rahman have exchanged greetings with media editors at Hotel Sheraton in Banani at 11am. BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir will inaugurate the party’s “Election Office” in Gulshan at 3.30pm.
Dhaka South unit of Gono Odhikar Parishad will hold a “Jagoroni (Awakening) Rally” in Purana Paltan at 3.30pm. Party President Nurul Haque Nur, Acting Secretary General Hasan Al Mamun and other central leaders are expected to attend.
