Rajshahi Warriors pulled off a dramatic Super Over victory against Rangpur Riders in the second match of the day in the Bangladesh Premier League. Rangpur, batting first in the Super Over, could score only 6 runs. Rajshahi then chased down the target comfortably, sealing the win in just three deliveries.
Earlier in the match, Rajshahi posted 159 runs for 8 wickets in their allotted 20 overs. Rangpur matched the total exactly, finishing on 159 for 6, which pushed the contest into a Super Over.
Farhan went on to complete his half-century in 34 balls and top-scored with 65 off 46 deliveries. However, the rest of the batting lineup failed to capitalize, as Mushfiqur Rahim and Yasir Ali could not contribute significantly, limiting Rajshahi to 159 despite a strong start.
