President Mohammed Shahabuddin has accepted the resignations of Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Chairman Mohammad Abdul Momen and two commissioners.
The Cabinet Division issued a gazette notification on Tuesday confirming the development.
The two commissioners are Miah Muhammad Ali Akbar Azizi and Brigadier General (retd) Hafiz Ahsan Farid.
According to the notification, the ACC chairman and the two commissioners submitted their resignations on Tuesday under subsection (1) of Section 10 of the Anti-Corruption Commission Act, 2004.
