Government employees and individuals assigned to election duties will be able to register for postal voting through the Postal Vote BD app until 25 December, according to a press release issued on Saturday.
For the 13th National Parliament Election, voters engaged in election duties, government employees staying outside their home constituencies, and voters in lawful custody may complete their registration on the app from the date of the election schedule announcement until the deadline.
Details are available on the Election Commission website (www.ecs.gov.bd).
The press release also said that Saturday is the final day for expatriate voters to correct their addresses on Postal Vote BD.
Those who submitted incorrect details during registration may update their accurate and complete address—or, if necessary, their workplace or a known person’s address by using the edit menu in the app.
As of now, a total of 194,579 expatriates have completed registration on the platform.
