BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman has said that one political party has taken to the field with the intention to make the election controversial and prevent it from taking place, stating that people must remain extremely cautious and alert in this regard.

He said this during his speech as the chief guest at an election rally held at the Jashore Uposhohor College field on Monday afternoon.

Tarique Rahman said, “A top leader of a political party made extremely indecent remarks about working women. After that, when the country’s people protested loudly, to save face, the party is claiming that the leader’s social media account was hacked.”
