My Fuel Pump, a digital on-demand fuel delivery platform, has received the “Most Sustainable Energy Initiative of the Year” at the SDG Brand Champion Awards 2026.
The recognition was presented on Saturday at a hotel in Dhaka in recognition of the company’s commitment to providing technology-driven, secure and sustainable energy solutions in Bangladesh’s fuel sector, reads a press release.
Organised by the Bangladesh Brand Forum and the Sustainable Brand Initiative, the awards honour organisations that make significant contributions towards achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Partha Pratim Chowdhury, founder and managing director of My Fuel Pump, described the recognition as a proud milestone for the company and a reflection of the potential of technological innovation in Bangladesh’s energy sector.
“This recognition belongs to the entire ecosystem—the Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation (BPC), Padma Oil PLC, our valued partners, and the dedicated team at MyFuelPump,” Partha said.
“We are committed to driving positive change in the energy sector by ensuring transparent, safe, and efficient fuel distribution through digital integration.”
As an authorised digital mobile dealer of Padma Oil PLC, My Fuel Pump delivers fuel directly to customers using BSTI-calibrated, metered mobile dispenser vans.
The company says the system ensures accuracy, safety and transparency while addressing concerns over fuel quality and quantity by sourcing fuel directly from oil depots.
Since starting commercial operations in 2025, the platform has been providing services to industrial factories, hospitals, hotels and corporate institutions.
It currently serves more than 100 corporate clients and over 5,000 individual customers and has delivered more than one million litres of diesel.
The service is currently available in the Dhaka metropolitan area. The company plans to expand its digital fuel delivery network to all major metropolitan cities across Bangladesh within the next three years.
