Md Daud Hossain, officer-in-charge (OC) of Gulshan Model Police Station, has been closed from his post and attached to the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Headquarters for administrative reasons.
An order signed by DMP Police Commissioner Mosleh Uddin Ahmed has been issued on Wednesday.
The order stated that OC Daud was closed from Gulshan Model Police Station under Gulshan Division and attached to Central Reserve Office within DMP Headquarters and Administration Division.
The attachment came into immediate effect, according to the order.
