Modhumoti Bank PLC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Bangladesh Outbound Tour Operators Association (BOTOA).
The agreement was signed at the bank’s head office in Gulshan on Tuesday, reads a press release.
Modhumoti Bank PLC Deputy Managing Director and Chief Business Officer Arab Fazlur Rahman, and Bangladesh Outbound Tour Operators Association President Syed Ghulam Mohammad, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations.
Under this agreement, Modhumoti Bank PLC will provide various banking facilities to BOTOA and its members. Furthermore, Modhumoti Bank cardholders will be entitled to enjoy exclusive privileges and special benefits from the members of BOTOA.
The signing ceremony was attended by Deputy Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer Arif Hasan Khan, SEVP and Head of International Division Fahmida Saeed Saki, SVP and Head of Retail Banking Mohammed Noor E Alam, and VP and Head of Cards (Business) SM Ashikur Rahman, alongside other senior officials of the bank.
On behalf of the Bangladesh Outbound Tour Operators Association, General Secretary Md Shariful Islam Sharif, Finance Director Nafees Ahsan Chowdhury, and Vice President AKM Kamruzzaman were present at the event.
