Electronics Bangladesh has inaugurated a 21,000-square-foot Electronics Experience Zone at Mirpur ECB Chattar in Dhaka. The facility was inaugurated on Wednesday, and initially showcases products from Samsung and Hisense, said a press release on Thursday.
The zone combines physical retail with e-commerce. Customers can explore products, compare features and receive assistance from trained brand promoters before purchasing through the Electronics Bangladesh online marketplace. The company said customers receive offers, faster delivery, authentic products and official brand warranties.
The facility includes dedicated parking and a food court downstairs.
Beyond the initial Samsung and Hisense showcase, Electronics Bangladesh offers consumer electronics and home appliances from Samsung, Hisense, Haier, LG, GREE, TCL, Sony, Xiaomi and Sharp. The smartphone category includes Samsung, Xiaomi, Honor, Vivo and Tecno. The small home appliance range includes Haier, Panasonic, Sharp, Samsung, Pureit, Kent, Conion, Philips, Miyako and Unimax.
Samsung Bangladesh Managing Director Jungmin Jung, Fair Group Chairman Ruhul Alam Al Mahbub, Electronics Bangladesh Chairman Tania Howlader, Fair Group Director Mutassim Daiaan, Samsung Bangladesh Head of Business, Consumer Electronics, Shahriar Bin Lutfor, Fair Group Chief Marketing Officer Mohammed Mesbah Uddin and Fair Group Head of Group Marketing J M Taslim Kabir attended, along with other industry representatives and guests.
