Bangladeshi software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform PowerinAI is bringing artificial intelligence-driven sales automation to global teams, aiming to help businesses respond faster and convert more leads.
The Dhaka-based technology company, serving customers across Bangladesh, the Middle East and the UK, said its AI Sales Engine is designed to address delayed follow-ups by supporting the full sales journey from the first message to appointment booking.
Studies cited by the company suggest businesses responding within an hour are significantly more likely to have meaningful conversations with decision-makers, while replies within five minutes can sharply increase conversion chances.
Many companies, however, lose qualified leads simply because responses come too late, PowerinAI said in a press release.
PowerinAI positions the product as an AI Sales Engine rather than a traditional customer relationship management (CRM) tool, saying it behaves like an autonomous sales agent that stays active across channels, responds instantly and keeps leads moving without constant human supervision.
“You can think of it as hiring an entire sales development team that never sleeps, never takes breaks, and responds to every lead in seconds,” said PowerinAI CEO Abdul Wahed Tomal.
The AI Sales Engine is designed for organisations that receive regular inquiries but cannot consistently handle every lead with the same speed and attention.
It includes growing small and mid-sized businesses, sales-driven teams in real estate and services, education and training providers, e-commerce brands and larger teams seeking to reduce manual follow-ups.
Unlike basic automation that follows fixed scripts, the company said its system adapts to each prospect using conversation context and lead profile.
It identifies intent and urgency, then adjusts the next step, whether answering questions, continuing engagement, moving to scheduling or handing the conversation to a human team member when needed.
PowerinAI said the product has been built with Bangladesh’s business environment in mind, incorporating local language needs, customer expectations and the day-to-day constraints of sales teams. This, it claims, helps it perform more reliably for local businesses than generic tools.
Core features include automated data collection and validation, fast outreach, multi-channel engagement, AI-powered voice calling, intelligent lead scoring and timely handoff to sales teams, with the goal of keeping leads engaged and reducing missed opportunities.
One of the company’s clients, Mohammed Zaman Dipu, Head of Operations at ABCCI, WaaqTech and AVS Plus, said the platform has made coordination easier across multiple companies.
“When you’re handling more than one company, things can get messy fast. PowerinAI has made life so much easier. Now the updates, the automation, the coordination, it all just happens, and my team can finally focus on what matters,” he said.
